Lourdes Health Care is an independently owned domiciliary care provider based in Harrow, Middlesex, established with a commitment to providing high quality care. Our service will give adults the choice of remaining independent in their own home, with full support from Lourdes Health Care Group management and staff in ensuring all the needs of people who use the service are met and that statutory requirements are adhered to.



With the Harrow head office being just 10 miles from Central London, we are able to offer compassionate domiciliary care throughout Middlesex, Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon, Westminster, Kensington and all other London Boroughs.



Lourdes Health Care is registered, inspected and regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and aims to provide services which safeguard and promote the health, welfare and life of vulnerable people living in their homes.

All of our staff have QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or above, or are working towards them, and our policies and procedures have each been developed in line with relevant legislation requirements.

Domicilary Care Services

Lourdes Health Care Group is a domiciliary agency which provides a range of personal care and essential domestic support for vulnerable people living in their homes.



We aim to provide quality and excellent service for adults with learning disabilities or physical needs, including Autism, Mental Health, Dementia or older adults in the community.



We support each individual in staying in their home as long as possible, promoting their health and wellbeing and allowing them to live fulfilling lives in the community while adhering to all their needs and statutory requirements as stipulated in the Health & Social Care Act 2008.

Services tailored to individual needs

We take an individual approach to our services, which are tailored to the needs of the individual service user, but these are some common examples of the services we regularly provide:



  • Assistance with dressing and grooming
  • Help with personal hygiene (washing, showering, bathing and oral hygiene)

Quality Assurance

We are committed in providing a quality and transparent service that enables our staff to provide the best possible care. Our Registered Manager and / or key players will undertake regular quality assurance visits and our services will be improved as required by acting on any client feedback raised during the visits.



All clients have the opportunity to talk with our Registered Manager and have a friend, relative or representative present if required. Clients may contact the management team at any time to discuss their requirements by calling us on our office numbers 0203 705 0286 or 07960 016176.



Clients will be offered a questionnaire to give feedback about the service provided and their satisfaction with the care they receive. The results of the survey will be collated and presented to the management team, as well as also published to ensure transparency and to keep staff, clients or service users, their relatives and stakeholders informed. The Registered Manager and / or Quality Assurance Manager will also undertake a quality control check on all staff. This involves visiting and assessing care staff whilst they are on duty to monitor the care delivered.
